Good Shepherd Anglican Church is excited to offer FundScrip, an easy fundraising program that lets you support our parish while buying gift cards for the stores, restaurants, gas stations, and online retailers you already use.

Every gift card bought earns a rebate for Good Shepherd Parish - at no extra cost to you.

Online Ordering Now Available

We are excited to announce that folks can now make orders and set up payment online at FundScrip.com!

How to Get Started with Online Ordering & Buying:

  1. Copy and paste this address: www.fundscrip.com/support-a-group into your web browser or click Support a Group – FundScrip to go directly to the page.

  2. In the box "Enter Group Invitation Code" type: TSXGRX and press the 'Search Button.'

    1. Good Shepherd Anglican Church will show up on your screen.

      1. P.S. You can share the Group Code for Good Shepherd with all your friends and family!

    2. Fill in the rest of the boxes to finish creating your FundScrip account and then click the orange "Support a Group" button.

      1. You may need to complete a Captcha puzzle to prove you are not a robot, and you will be sent a verification link to the email you entered in the form.

    3. Go to your email and click on the verification link, you may need to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the message from FundScrip in your mailbox within a few minutes.

      1. Clicking the link will send you to a webpage to complete your registration.

      2. You can add a phone number in case FundScrip needs to contact you about an order, set your preferred language (English or French), and decide if you would like to receive emails from FundScrip about promotions, surveys, or messages from your FundScrip Inbox

    4. Once you have completed the above options click the orange 'Save & Continue' button

      1. You can choose to set up multi-factor authentication for your FundScrip account here, click the orange 'Save & Continue' button one last time.

    5. Now you are ready to shop!

      1. Browse hundreds of participating retailers.

      2. Purchase physical gift cards, reloadable gift cards, or eGift cards.

      3. Use your gift cards for your regular shopping and everyday purchases.

Payment Options for Online Ordering:

When placing your order, you can choose one of three payment methods for online:

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) (Recommended)

    1. No fees

    2. Fastest processing

    3. Can be set up online when you register.

  2. Online Bill Payment

    1. No fees

    2. Pay FundScrip like any other bill through your bank.

    3. Please allow at least three business days for payment to be received before orders are processed.

  3. Credit Card

    1. Convenient, but a 2.5% fee is deducted from the fundraising earnings to cover processing costs.

    2. Whenever possible, please use EFT or Online Bill Payment to maximize the funds raised for our parish.

Receiving Your Cards from Online Orders:

Any physical gift cards you order online are delivered by courier at the same time as our current monthly shipment. Remember we send paper order forms on the first Sunday of each month, and physical cards are shipped 4-5 business days after payment for orders has been confirmed.

eGift cards are delivered electronically to the email address you provide to FundScrip according to their internal payment processing and can be used as soon as they arrive in your inbox.

Paper Order Forms Are Still Available

We are committed to keeping FundScrip accessible to everyone and will have paper order forms available for monthly submissions for as long as folks find them helpful. You can pick up a blank order form from the table at the back of the Nave or follow the instructions below to fill out a PDF version at home.

To Fill Out and Submit a Paper Order Form by Email:

  1. Use the link on this page to open the online FundScrip order form.

  2. Fill in order form with your information and the gift cards you wish to buy. Make sure you select how you plan to pay at the bottom of the last page of the form. Save a copy of the online form with all your changes just in case.

  3. Email the order form to jger@shaw.ca

  4. Send in your payment by e-transfer to treasurer@goodshepanglican.org please include "FundScrip order for 'Your Name'" in the Note section of the e-transfer.

To Fill Out and Submit a Paper Order Form by Hand:

  1. Print a copy of the FundScrip order form from the link on this page or pick up a copy from the table at the back of the Nave.

  2. Fill in order form with your information and the gift cards you wish to buy.

    1. Make sure you select how you plan to pay at the bottom of the last page of the form!

  3. Make your payment by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

  4. Drop your order form off at the church.

    1. If paying by cash or cheque, please give your order form and payment directly to Janice Gerbrandt on the First Sunday of each month or to Michelle during parish office hours so it can be secured until the next submission Sunday.

    2. If paying by e-transfer you can drop off your completed form as above or leave it in the blue folder in the Narthex labelled "FundScrip Order Forms" Michelle checks it each day and will secure the from until the next submission Sunday.

Important dates:

  • Completed order forms and payment will be collected on the First Sunday of each month. Any orders brought in after the first Sunday will be sent with the order for the next month.

  • eGift cards are delivered electronically to the email address you provide to FundScrip according to their internal payment processing.

  • Gift card orders typically take 4-5 business days to process and ship. You should be able to pick up your order on the Second Sunday of each month.

    • The fundraising committee set up an account with a local courier office to keep your gift card orders secure. Gift cards will never be mailed directly to the church mailbox.

Payment details:

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

  • E-transfers can be sent to treasurer@goodshepanglican.org and should include "FundScrip Order for 'Your Name'" in the notes section.

  • Cheques should be made payable to Good Shepherd Anglican Church.

  • Cash orders can be given directly to Janice or Michelle. Please do not leave cash in the blue order form folder.

  • Important: Please do not make payments for FundScrip orders through the offertory plate.

You are also encouraged to invite family, friends, neighbours, and co‑workers to support the program; anyone who buys groceries or gas can help support our church!
