Wednesday mornings from September to May we hold an open Lectionary Bible Study. A lectionary is a suggested reading order for Scripture in the Bible designed to guide people through reading the whole Bible. At Good Shepherd we follow the Daily Lectionary from the Anglican Church of Canada which goes through the whole Bible over a 3 year cycle.
Join our diverse Bible study family. Share your thoughts on what themes arise in the appointed Scripture for the upcoming Sunday and discuss how the stories of the early days of Christianity are reflected in our current day to day. Participants are welcome to drop in as often as they are able and listening in is always okay. We take turns reading the Scriptures for the upcoming Sunday service during the Bible Study before moving into discussion about each passage. Bring a Bible along or borrow one from our Bible library.
