Incoming Meeting!
On Sunday, August 17, Natalie is hosting another meeting on the direction of Youth and Family Ministries. Please, join us to discuss fellowship, bible studies, and curriculums that we are looking at buying. Visit the RAMMS barbeque station and bring in lunch as we talk about the needs of the children in the parish. Parents, young adults, and teens that want their say should attend. Note that the content of this meeting will be the same as that in July. If you attended that one, you’re welcome to join again, as it’s a great way to build relationships with the other parents and people in our community.
Curriculum Choices
Want to see the direction of the curriculum for this upcoming school year? Check below for choices to both Kids’ Table and Teen Bible Study.
Please let Natalie know which curriculum that you would like by the morning of August 17. As there are plenty of people that would like input, Natalie will take each recommendation into consideration.

Where did we get the funds to do this? Earlier this year, we partnered with the Anglican Foundation Canada for their Say Yes! to Kids Campaign (SYTK). Our goal was to fund a Youth and Family Library for our parish. We kept 80% of these funds, while 20% went to the Foundation for other SYTK and Indigenous, Youth Based Initiatives. We surpassed our goal of $2500, and we totaled more than $3600 to both the library and SYTK. Thanks to your generous support, our funds will go directly to purchasing books, toys, curriculum, shelving, and other library items. Interested in supporting our library further? While the partnership for SYTK is finished, you can still donate, and 100% of the funds will go to the Youth and Family Library. Please note that physical donations (e.g toys, books) will be vetted by Natalie. The Anglican Foundation of Canada dispersed funds in late July, and are available for use. Donations made via the offering plate are also available for use. Come to the parental meeting and look through the curriculum choices. Have your say!
