How Are Your Dollars in Action at Good Shepherd?

In our parish, all funding is reliant on donations and grants. No money is received from the Diocese, the Anglican Church of Canada or any branch of government. Each parish chooses its own goals for the types of programs to implement based on the teachings of Jesus.  One program that I am interested in is our children’s ministry. I can donate specifically to this program if I am able to. I can also volunteer some time to help out as well. Any funds that I ear mark for children’s ministry are required to be used in that same capacity.
I’m excited about the coming family library as well as summer VBS. 
There are other programs at Good Shepherd which may be of interest including Senior Fellowship, ACW (Anglican Church Women), RAMMS (Real Anglican Men Meeting Socially) the Cemetery Team, Teen Group, Our Community Pantry, Crafters, Grief Support, as well as others.
