Archdeacon Jordan invites you to join her for an in depth exploration and discussion of the lectionary readings from the Anglican Church of Canada’s adaptation of the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL). A lectionary is simply a book with a suggested list of readings for services throughout the year. Each Wednesday we'll read the passages for the upcoming Sunday and discuss them together.

Take a step back from all the mixed messages about Bible verses online and in the media. Instead, step into Good Shepherd and learn to interpret the Bible in context with the weekly assigned readings and how they still apply to us today. We have folks who have studied the Bible for decades, some who've studied it in more than one language, and plenty who are just starting thier journey with Scripture.

If you don't have your own Bible you can borrow one of ours! If you'd like to look up the readings ahead of time you can find them here: Anglican Church of Canada Online lectionary – Book of Alternative Services
